Heritage redevelopment and 4 townhouses

In 2016 the opportunity arose to build four townhouses and refurbish the old heritage listed corner store at Dudley. This was a DA approved site with many challenges, a great learning experience. From heritage to disabled access and a three-storey development on a sloping block. This was completed and fully sold in early 2018 with community and council recognition.
