As we have organically grown from Granny Flats to Dual occupancies and smaller townhouse developments, we now look to large sites. In 2020 we completed our largest to date with 10 townhouses in Birmingham Gardens. This site was specifically designed to meet to growing demand for student accommodation close to the university and was completed, fully furnished and 100% leased by the end of 2020.
